Be prepared to face failure and get really comfortable at being uncomfortable. That discomfort is how you know you're growing. To gain something, you must give something and leaning into discomfort is the price of progress. Competition prep is a wild ride. You will learn so much about yourself. Some good. And some.....not so much. And those dark moments are the biggest opportunities for growth. I have never experienced such high highs and low lows. I have never learned so many daily (sometimes hourly) life lessons. I overcame so much self-doubt and fear. I know I can trust myself to follow through with a goal. I know I can attack adversity with confidence. I know I am the person that will keep the promises I make to myself. And all of THAT is the physical manifestation of your physique on show day. It's the culmination of every setback, doubt, and obstacle you overcame to stand there - beaming with pride - that no judge or placing can ever take away from you. The only person you were ever really competing with....was you. ”

  • This is for women ready to take their training seriously and step on stage. You’ll need an established training base, discipline and a strong work ethic. Whether it’s your first show or your fifth, I’ll help you level up.

  • You’ll check in weekly. These aren’t just numbers; we review your training, nutrition, mindset, recovery, and biofeedback to make precise adjustments and keep you on track.

  • Yes. Your training, nutrition, posing prep, and stage presence are tailored specifically to your chosen federation and division to make sure your package is stage-ready.

  • No. While stage conditioning is the goal, I coach with a health-first approach. Your mental and physical wellbeing is a priority, prep shouldn’t break you.

  • You get detailed post-show support. We’ll transition you into a structured reverse phase to manage hunger, avoid rebound and support your mental and physical recovery.

  • Ideally, you want a minimum of 16–20 weeks. For first-timers or those needing a build phase, we may start much earlier. A well-planned prep leaves room for adjustments and avoids last-minute stress.

  • Amazing. Improvement seasons are important. I’ll guide you through a structured build phase with a focus on muscle gain, recovery and laying the foundation for your next prep.

  • Absolutely, many of my athletes do. Prep is designed to complement your lifestyle, not destroy it. It takes commitment, but we manage it in a realistic, structured way.

  • While I’m not a posing coach, I’ll recommend trusted coaches, help with feedback on posing progression, and advise on bikini colour, cut, and overall stage presentation to align with federation standards.
