ABOUT me

Movement has always been part of my life.

I grew up playing sports, but competitive cheer shaped how I saw my body. The goal was always to be smaller. As a base and back, I realized shrinking myself wasn’t helping—I needed to be stronger.

At 13, I started lifting to become a better cheer athlete. Strength training gave me confidence and a sense of control I hadn’t felt before. I began to care more about what my body could do than how it looked. But like many women, I still went through seasons of underfueling, overtraining, and chasing an ideal that never felt good enough.

Eventually, I found bodybuilding. I competed for over five years, became a two-time wellness champion, and won a world title. I trained with purpose and fueled like an athlete. But even with a crown on my head, I didn’t feel the way I thought I would.

If the “perfect” body doesn’t finally make you feel enough, what will?

No trophy, scale weight, or praise can fix the way you feel about yourself. That truth is what shaped the coach I am today.

Now, with nine years of coaching experience, I help women build real strength physically and mentally. I’m a Certified Nutritionist, Strength Coach, Pre & Postnatal Specialist, and Clean Health Master Coach. But more than anything, I’m someone who’s lived this journey.

My mission is to educate and empower women to train smarter, nourish their bodies with confidence, and build strong, capable physiques that support their goals and their life.
